4 days Nepal tour is a visit to culturally and historically important ancient places of Nepal which gives you an insight into Nepali culture and traditions. Kathmandu also is known as a city full of the temple is the capital city of Nepal. Being the largest city of Nepal, Kathmandu valley has many features that can easily attract people from all over the world including a glorious view of mountains and numerous temples equally important for both Hindus and Buddhists. No wonder your tour starts from fascinating Kathmandu city.

4 days Nepal tour mainly revolves around UNESCO enlisted world heritage sites of Kathmandu valley and Namo Buddha from Kavre district. The tour begins with sightseeing around Kathmandu valley which includes world heritage sites of Nepal Swoyambhunath, Boudhanath, Kathmandu Durbar Square, and Pasupatinath temple. The Tour mainly helps you to explore the history, art, religious and cultural belief of the Nepalese people and society. Your tour starts with a visit to Kathmandu Durbar Square which is the center place of Kathmandu valley. It is famous for the old Durbar (palace), of the Malla and Shah Kings who ruled over the city during their time and period. As a Kathmandu’s central attraction, Kathmandu Durbar Square tells the tale of Kathmandu through the architectural buildings over one thousand years old. Then your tour leads you to Swoyambhunath stupa, with brass prayers wheel and 365 steep steps that lead to the main platform is the highlights of this tour. The 5th century Boudhanath stupa, it is one of the largest unique structures stupas in the world which is another highlight of this tour. You can see a large white-washed stupa that is ringed with several gompas (monasteries). The Pashupatinath temple is one of the holiest Hindu pilgrimage sites in Nepal. No wonder Nepal has a lot to see and explore. Located on the banks of the Bagmati River, Pashupatinath temple offers cultural and religious beliefs of Nepalese people.

After exploring Kathmandu, the next day we drive to Namobudha, the nearest culturally and historically important Buddhist pilgrimage. Namo Buddha is located 40km southeast of Kathmandu valley in Kavre district. Walking to Namo Buddha through remote villages and rice field is a very thrilling experience you will gain through this tour. The main stupa at the hilltop is the main highlights of Namo Buddha; from there you can have a great mountain view. Due to its peaceful and quiet environment, it is now one of the best places for meditation. Covered with sacred prayer flags Namo Buddha offers a beautiful sunrise view and sunset view from the hill. Besides that, you can explore the famous Thrangu Tashi Yangtse Monastery which homes to more than 250 monks of Namo Buddha. Being memorized by the beautiful monument you will also experience the rural Nepali lifestyle of people. Then you will head for a wonderful historic city called Bhaktapur where you can visit oodles of temples, courtyards, craftsmen, sculptures and BhaktapurDurbar Square. The city is famous for a special type of Dahi (yogurt) called JuJu (king) Dhau (curd).

4 Days 3 Nights Nepal Tour Itinerary

Day 01:

Arrival in Kathmandu (1350 m)

Nepal Adventure Team representative will welcome you at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), and take you to the selected hotel. If you are arriving at midday, you can explore the local market around walk around Thamel by yourself which is known as a touristic hub of Kathmandu. In the evening you will join us for a welcome dinner party in a typical Nepali restaurant with typical Nepali food and cultural dance performance.

Day 02:

Full Sightseeing in Kathmandu

On this day, you will have a guided exciting sightseeing tour around Kathmandu valley. You will visit UNESCO enlisted world heritage of Kathmandu valley, along with. You are going to start your exploration day with a visit to Kathmandu Durbar Square then you head for Swoyambhunath which is surrounded by green forest with Buddhist religious monuments. After getting a sacred feeling of fulfillment, your tour head towards the east of Kathmandu city which takes you to Hindu pilgrimage site Pashupatinath. You will collect some blessings in Pasupatinath before heading towards the northeast to visit Boudhanath stupa. You will find strong Tibetan influence here in culture and tradition. Surrounding the Boudhanath area you can find souvenir shops, stores, and monasteries. At last, you will drop in your hotel from Boudhanath after a fascinating tour of historically and culturally important destinations of Nepal.

Day 03:

Bhaktapur and Namobuddha Sightseeing

On this day, you will visit historically important places from outside of Kathmandu valley. Within two hours of drive through countryside road running through rice field and remote villages, you will reach Namo Buddha. It is off the beaten track. From here you can view the glorious sunrise view and sunset view. The main highlight of this tour is the main stupa at the hilltop which is a world heritage monument of UNESCO. You will explore the Namo Buddha before visiting one of the classical cities Bhaktapur which is a traditional Newari city, lies 20km to the east of Kathmandu. You will visit this city after taking lunch. The tour mainly focuses on visiting a well-preserved palace courtyard. You then drive back to Kathmandu.

Day 04:

Finale Departure

It is the last day of your 4 days Nepal tour. On this day, if you have some time left before boarding a flight back home then you can do some souvenir shopping around the local markets. Nepal Adventure Team staff will drop you at the Tribhuvan International Airport, before 3 hours of the scheduled flight. Hope to see you soon again in Nepal. Have a safe journey.
