Traveling push our heart to blissfulness, if it is well accompanied by delicious cuisine and tidy accommodation. Food and accommodation are as essential as the attractiveness of the destination.
In Nepal, you could take the high-class services of International class hotels such as Hyatt Regency, KGH Group, and Hotel Marriott, with a list of cuisine choices or you can just choose standard accommodation and food. These services are especially available in well-developed cities such as Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan, and Lumbini. But while trekking on the paths of a Nepali village, high hills, and the Himalayas where you hardly find development infrastructure, you cannot get such food and accommodation. Throughout the trekking days, you are accommodated in a teahouse lodge or homestay.
Basically, Dhal (Lentils), Bhat (Rice), and Tarkari (Vegetable Curry) are the most consumed food in Nepal. So, it is widely available even on these trails. Eventually, common food like noodles, spaghetti, soup, pancake, omelet, and Tibetan bread are widely served. More importantly, they mostly utilize their local product and serve and ensure hygiene and sanitation in food and accommodation.
- Luxurious accommodations and choices of food are only in a few cities
